You are
required to submit the following:
1.
a biography or C.V. including:

complete
details of the project application together with approximate costs
involved.
3.
two
references, one from your current teacher and one from a prominent professional
musician.
These must be provided by the referees under sealed
cover.
4.
a cassette
or CD containing at least 20 minutes of your own performance which has been
recorded live and unedited within the last six months. The programme must
include at least three contrasting works from different periods including at
least one work composed before 1827 and at least one work composed after 1920.
Please note, as these will not be returned, it is essential to send a copy and
not the original master. The
submitted cassette or CD of the applicants chosen for the final audition may be
retained by the Foundation for its records.
5.
a proposed
recital programme of 25 minutes for the final stage. The programme must
include at least two contrasting works and cannot include works submitted on the
cassette or CD for the preliminary assessment.
6.
a
non-refundable application fee of £10 together with a stamped return addressed
envelope to an address in the

7.
all
applicants must sign the consent form printed with this application form. In the

the purpose of processing your application enabling you to compete for a Ricci
Foundation award, and if you are successful, to consider you for concert

correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I hereby consent to the personal

for the purposes of administering any application for a prize, award or grant
from charitable funds and to consider opportunities for concert experience. I
